CFDA, Rockefeller Center Partner with Genesys to Stream NYFW Runway Shows

Rockefeller Center and the Council of Fashion Designers of America, along with presenting sponsor Genesys, have teamed up for the third edition of NYFW Live at Rockefeller Center, the streaming partnership that brings the American collections at New York Fashion Week to consumer audiences.

From Thursday through Sept. 15, Rockefeller Center will be the only destination — physical or digital — where the public can watch NYFW shows. Screenings will take place on a 27 by 28 foot screen at the Rink at Rockefeller Center, thanks to Genesys.

Genesys, a global leader in agentic orchestration for customer experience, works with leading fashion brands to reimagine how they engage customers and empower employees. They help deliver more personalized experiences while building loyalty and driving greater efficiency. The experience looks to create meaningful connections between luxury brands and their customers.

Among the host of New York designers and brands that will stream their runway shows throughout the six-day event are Ralph Lauren, Carolina Herrera, Seven for All Mankind, Aisling Camps, Aknvas, Altuzarra, Anna Sui, Khaite, Kallmeyer, Bibhu Mohapatra, KidSuper, Diane von Furstenberg, Coach, Calvin Klein Collection, Sergio Hudson, Marc Jacobs, Ulla Johnson, Michael Kors Collection, Tommy Hilfiger, Tory Burch, TWP, Willy Chavarria and Zankov.

Becky G, Honey Dijon and Sebastian Yatra will serve as official ambassadors to NYFW Live at Rockefeller Center.

Prior to a cocktail party on Wednesday, a ceremony will take place featuring CFDA chairman Thom Browne; Gensys senior vice president, global brand, Danielle Kieschnick, and CFDA chief executive officer and president Steven Kolb, alongside designers such as Joseph Altuzarra, Stacey Bendet, Raul Lopez, Christian Siriano, Rachel Scott, Todd Snyder and many others.

“Now in its third edition, NYFW Live at Rockefeller Center has become an important extension of New York Fashion Week, bringing the creativity and energy of the American collections beyond the traditional fashion audience and into the heart of the city,” Kolb said. “Together with Rockefeller Center, we are creating a truly public front row — inviting New Yorkers and visitors from around the world to experience the extraordinary talent, diversity and spirit that make American fashion so unique.”

“Fashion is in Rockefeller Center’s DNA, from the designer flagships on campus to the public art events and iconic spaces that have long served as a backdrop for style and creativity,” said EB Kelly, senior managing director, Tishman Speyer and head of Rockefeller Center. “Our partnership with Genesys and CFDA to once again bring NYFW Live to Rockefeller Center gives New Yorkers and visitors a front row seat to America fashion in the heart of the city.”

Kieschnick said, “For luxury brands, the experience surrounding a product is as important as the product itself. NYFW Live brings the creativity and energy of fashion directly to consumers, reflecting the kind of connection people increasingly expect from the brands they love. At Genesys, we help brands bring the same level of intention to every customer interaction, using agentic AI to create experiences that feel more personal, relevant and connected.”
