Strategically, the company announced that CEO Clive Johnson will retire in June, with CFO Mike Cinnamond set to succeed him. Repairs are underway and expected to conclude in the third quarter. Despite this temporary setback, B2Gold declared a $0.02 per share dividend and continues to advance its Gramalote Project in Colombia and other regional exploration targets.
