Sonali Gadakh, born on 16th September 2000 in the small rural village of Paregaon, Sangamner, is today a rising name in the global digital industry a journey defined by courage, discipline, and unwavering faith.
Raised in a modest family, Sonali Gadakh grew up with strong values instilled by her parents, who emphasized honesty, hard work, and belief in God over material comfort. She completed her schooling up to the 10th standard in her village itself, with no exposure to city life and limited opportunities.
After enrolling in a diploma course, she became aware of her family’s financial challenges and decided to seek employment at a young age. Leaving her village for the first time, she moved to Chakan in search of work. Her early struggles included job loss, repeated rejections, and uncertainty until a timely opportunity changed her path.
In December 2020, Sonali Gadakh joined Pride Group, where her professional transformation began under the leadership of Mr. Sudendu Shah and the guidance of Managing Director Preeti Shah. What started as a learning phase soon evolved into a strong career foundation.
Over the next few years, Sonali Gadakh steadily built her professional identity as a Social Media Manager. Today, with nearly six years of experience, she has worked with international clients from the USA, UK, Europe, and the Middle East, lived in Dubai for almost a year, and represented her organization at major global platforms including Forbes Middle East, One Billion Summit, and GITEX Dubai.
Beyond professional success, she fulfilled deeply personal dreams building her own home, taking her parents on their first flight, and later bringing them to Dubai for their first international journey.
