Earlier this month, Bieber was spotted on a post-FIFA World Cup date night with husband Justin, sporting matching tips and toes in a bright (and unexpected) shade of periwinkle. It was the perfect pop of surprise color to go with her vintage red mini slip dress from John Galliano’s Dior.
A handful of days later, Charli xcx also used the unexpected pop of color rule for her pedicure—pairing an entirely black outfit (very Music, Fashion, Film of her) with a wash of sky blue peeking through her open-toed pumps.
