Espresso martinis are also a popular drink order around here, so I was beyond excited when I heard that Zing Zang recently dropped a pre-made espresso martini mix. All you have to do is shake it with some vodka, and you have a frothy, cocktail-bar-level drink right in your living room. Here’s what we know.

Zing Zang’s new espresso martini mix is made with real coffee and cocoa bitters. It actually contains 60 milligrams of caffeine per serving. All you have to do is pour a little of the mix into a cocktail shaker with some ice and then add a shot of vodka. Shake it all together, and you have a tasty and caffeinated drink to start the night.
What makes a really good espresso martini is the froth, in my opinion, and based on some reviewer photos of the product on Amazon, I think it is safe to say this mix can get nice and frothy on top. The mix also contains cocoa bitters, which really intrigues me; sometimes I add a little chocolate syrup when I make an espresso martini at home, so I think I would love this addition.
Here’s a price breakdown if you’re wondering if this espresso martini mix is really worth the money. A 32-ounce bottle is currently retailing on Amazon for $12.99. The bottle has approximately 8 servings, so that’s around $1.62 per serving. I have no shame in admitting that I have spent more than the entire mix bottle on a single espresso martini — in fact, I’ve done this many times. The ingredients to make an espresso martini (espresso, Kahlua, and simple syrup) definitely cost more all together as well. So this bottle of mix would definitely get you some serious bang for your buck.
