Getting Active: Revolve Group has invested 15 million Canadian dollars for a minority stake in Toronto-based activewear brand 437, the e-commerce company said.
437 was founded in 2016 by best friends and co-chief executive officers Adrien Bettio and Hyla Nayeri, marking the brand’s 10th anniversary this year. The brand launched as a swimwear label before moving fully into activewear in 2023, building a following among women who want their workout wardrobe to reflect their personal style. Known for a muted, neutral palette and classic silhouettes with a feminine edge, its pieces are designed for Pilates, yoga, hot sculpt, strength training and everyday wear, and retail for upward of $160.

“We started 437 with the belief that activewear should feel as considered as the rest of your wardrobe,” said Bettio. “Revolve understands how our customer dresses and lives, and this partnership lets us bring 437 to more women without compromising the brand we’ve built.”
The investment comes as Revolve continues to deepen its presence in the activewear category, where demand for fashion-driven workout and lifestyle apparel has continued to grow. For 437, the partnership provides an opportunity to scale the business while leveraging Revolve’s reach and expertise in digitally driven fashion retail.
