Count Untuckit as the latest brand to jump into the competitive denim arena.
The brand, best known for its untucked men’s shirts, is launching its first denim collection this week.
The debut line will feature an edited collection of slim straight men’s jeans in three washes. They are intended to offer a clean, polished fit that is neither skinny nor relaxed and are constructed from indigo denim in a three-by-one twill weave.
The jeans are designed to wear-in naturally and feature double-reinforced pockets and custom hardware.

“Denim had gotten too sloppy. Too relaxed, too synthetic. Too far from what actually makes a great pair of jeans,” said Chris Riccobono, cofounder of Untuckit. “We saw the same opportunity in denim that we saw in shirts: restore the fit, bring back real cotton, and make it simple again.”
The jeans are available in dark, light and rinse washes and are designed to complement Untuckit’s shirts, polos, sweaters, jackets and outerwear. They will retail for $148 in sizes 30 to 40 and will be sold at the company’s stores and online.
Riccobono and Aaron Sanandres founded Untuckit in 2011 to create shirts designed to be worn untucked but still look polished. Since its founding the company has expanded into a number of men’s categories as well as womenswear and it operates more than 80 stores across the U.S., Canada and the U.K.
